U17 Finals Roundup: The Under 17 League Finals were played on Monday 6th May, Tuesday 7th May and Wednesday 8th May. The County board would like to thank all the co-ordinators and all teams who battled a difficult weather disrupted schedule and got the games completed in time. Congratulations to all the winners!  

On Monday 6th May, in Division 4 Clonard GFC played Dee Ranger in Clonard and the travelling supporters were happiest as they saw their team win by a point, 2-09 to 3-05.

In Division 6 Dunshaughlin & Royal Gaels B team met Simonstown Ladies B team in Simonstown on Tuesday 6th May with the Dunshaughlin club completing the first of a Under 17 finals double, winning 4-06 to 1-09.

On Wednesday 8th May the remainder of the finals were completed.

In Division 1 Dunshaughlin & Royal Gaels played St Peters St. Peter's GAA Club Dunboyne in Dunboyne and won a very competitive match 1-10 to 1-07 to complete a double for their U17 squad.

In Division 2 Moylagh Supporters Club played Oldcastle Ladies in Moylagh and both teams could not be separated in normal time but in extra time Moylagh won out 2-8 to 0-11(aet).

In Division 3 Longwood LGFA played the final in Skryne GFC against the home club and came away with a deserved victory scoring 3-11 to Skryne's 1-07.

In Division 5 a local derby between Bective Cannistown GFC and Navan O'Mahonys was played in Paddy O'Brien Park and the town club prevailed, winning 4-07 to 4-02.
