LGFA confirms Master Fixtures Plan for 2025Tuesday, September 24, 2024 THE Ladies Gaelic Football Association has confirmed its Master Fixtures plan for 2025. The plan was ratified at a Central Council meeting, held on Thursday September 19. The 2025 Lidl National Leagues will commence on Sunday January 19, with the opening round of fixtures in Division 4.  A week later, on Sunday January 26, the opening rounds in Divisions 1-3 will be played, along with Round 2 in Division 4.           Â..

On Saturday 17th Aug,  Meath Ladies celebrated winning the inaugural Under 20 Leinster championship, when players, management and parents gathered at Fox's Skryne for the presentation of the medals. This group of dedicated players captured the Leinster title on Thursday July 25th in Kilcock GAA having beaten neighbours Dublin in a closely contested game 1-15 (18) to 2-08 (14). Royal Feast of Football - Meath Player Development Programme ::   On Saturday morning 12th August at 6.45am, 2 coaches and a mini bus pulled up to collect over 100 young girls and coaches who were going to take part in a LGFA Under 13 National Blitz in Portlaoise, Co. Laois. These girls made up a total of 6 teams, Meath Tara, Meath Royals, Meath Harps, Meath Valley, Meath Boyne and Meath Newgrange. Congratulations to the winners of the Jacksie Kiernan competitions. Dunshaughlin Royal Gaels got the better of St Peters Dunboyne 3-15 to 2-08 in Dunboyne on Wednesday 31st July. Dunsany Ladies won the Plate competition in Duleek beating Duleek Bellewstown 4-10 to 3-09. On Tuesday 30th July Na Fianna took home the Shield winning 1-10 to 2-05 against Gaeil Colmcille in Grangegodden.
